We work to identify customized solutions in the fields of energy production and distribution, waste management, environmental protection and reduction of ecological impact, paying particular attention to the evolution of national and European policies. Thanks to our multidisciplinary team, we are able to support private companies, public bodies and international organizations in “green” development projects and in the management of complex authorization procedures.

Energy production and supply: We offer consultancy on supply, distribution and trading contracts, ensuring compliance with sector regulations and competition rules. We also manage all aspects related to production from renewable sources, with particular attention to incentive policies and necessary authorisations.

Environmental authorizations and EIA: we provide support in Environmental Impact Assessment procedures, in AIA (Integrated Environmental Authorization) requests and in remediation practices, ensuring the correct application of Italian and European legislation on environmental protection.

Waste management and circular economy: we guide Clients in the implementation of circular economy and integrated waste management models, preparing the necessary contracts and ensuring compliance with all obligations required by the competent authorities.

Green funding and projects: we support public bodies and private investors in structuring financial operations aimed at the construction of low environmental impact plants, in accessing European and national funds and in defining project finance for sustainable projects.

Environmental due diligence: we carry out in-depth analyses of the legal and technical profiles related to the environmental impact of production plants, infrastructures and industrial activities, in order to identify possible risks and opportunities for improvement.

Environmental Litigation and Criminal Liability: we provide judicial and extrajudicial protection for disputes related to pollution phenomena, violations of environmental regulations and criminal liability profiles, guaranteeing complete assistance in defending the interests of Clients before the competent authorities.
