Public Contracts Code: we assist public and private Clients in all tender procedures and in the necessary procedures relating to procurement contracts and concessions for public works, supplies and services (also in light of EU legislation), in financing and project finance procedures and in pathological events relating to the execution of contracts.

Infrastructures, even complex ones: We assist public and private clients in all tender procedures and procedures necessary for the construction of mobility infrastructure works.

Public-Private Partnership (PPP): Our expertise ranges from public contracts to PPP, and we offer strategic advice in the negotiation of agreements and in the management of relations between the parties involved, particularly in the hospital sector. We provide assistance in preparatory activities and agreements, we support the evaluation of legal-administrative-corporate and contractual paths, assisting the Client in all phases of the tender. Assistance includes the funding phase both in terms of equity and debt for the coverage of risk capital.

Commissioned Works: Thanks to our consolidated experience, we are at the side of the Extraordinary Commissioners for Public Works, providing support in the implementation of interventions within the scope of Legislative Decree 32/2019 (so-called "Sblocca Cantieri") for the entire procedural process.

Administrative litigation: We represent our Clients before the TAR and the Council of State, as well as before the Court of Auditors, in disputes concerning provisions of the Public Administration, issues related to tenders, concessions, authorizations and licenses.

Water Resources: We actively intervene in projects concerning water supply, wastewater management and the creation of sustainable water infrastructure, always aiming at the conservation of water resources.

Smart Cities: We contribute to the transformation of cities by focusing on intelligent infrastructures that, thanks to technology, make urban environments more efficient, livable and green.

Associated and In-House Companies: Our support covers all aspects relating to publicly held companies, assisting public bodies, companies and private stakeholders involved in the incorporation, management, divestment and other operations relating to publicly held companies.

Transport and Logistics: with specializations in the railway, motorway and road haulage, port and airport sectors, we provide strategic legal advice for an evolving transport sector and logistics that increasingly aims for sustainability. We manage restructuring operations of corporate procedures for transport cycle analysis, as well as when verifying the compatibility of the solutions in use with the relevant legislation.
