Acquisition and disposal of real estate: We provide legal and contractual assistance in the purchase and sale of real estate complexes, supporting Clients from the initial negotiations to the drafting of preliminary contracts and final transfer deeds.
Real estate development and project management: We support construction companies and developers in planning real estate projects, obtaining permits and in the implementation phase, coordinating the activities of the various parties involved and ensuring compliance with urban planning regulations.
Contracts for procurement and subcontracting: we prepare and negotiate contracts for the construction of building works, evaluating solutions that protect clients and guarantee the regular execution of the works. We also deal with insurance profiles and related financial guarantees.
Commercial and residential leases: We take care of the drafting and revision of rental, business rental and real estate leasing contracts, defining the relationships between owner and tenant and managing any critical issues related to arrears or non-fulfilment.
Urban planning law and authorizations: we provide consultancy on urban planning regulations and regulatory plans, following clients in the procedures for issuing building permits, urban planning variations and building amnesties, with particular attention to compliance with environmental and landscape constraints.
Real Estate Litigation and Arbitration: we intervene in disputes relating to defects in the work, construction defects, delays in deliveries or contractual violations, supporting Clients in judicial and arbitration proceedings and promoting, where possible, compromise solutions.
